"Same insurance for 30+ years! They have been so easy to work with. Over 30 years there have been lots of little accidents. Thankfully nothing major until this year. We lost a barn from a lightning strike. We also lost all of our chickens and rabbits. We were devastated and so confused to how and why this happened. The sweet ladies at our local office went to work taking care of our claim immediately. They sent an adjuster within a day or so and then followed a fire investigator. We got the answers we needed and were able to begin the clean up. The adjuster while busy with all the wild fires in California still managed to get our claim worked up and along with our local agent got a check mailed out quickly. The cost of insurance has skyrocketed over the years with all companies. State Farm has proven time and again they are worth those premiums. Hopefully we’ll never need them again but I am so glad to have the staff at State Farm on my side when I need them!"
